Inicio > Remembering Railbird: the pot calling the kettle black , who’ll win?

Today we are glad to present, for the first time ever at Remembering Railbird, an old friend of ours. One of those really cool guys, who is always having fun whether he is at a table or not. We are talking about Team PokerStars Online Lex Veldhuis Flag of Países Bajos, who just a few years back participated in PokerStars Big Game and left a couple stacks there. Although, what we remembeber most, are not the hands he lost, but those in which he did things in a completely out- of- the- ordinary way. And this particular hand, where he battled team mate, Daniel Negreanu Flag of Canadá, is pretty interesting (to say the least!).

They were probably both having a tought time. Lex, for sure was. But the most relevant piece of information was that they were a few hands short from finishing the game and Loose Canon was losing money, something Daniel can’t have missed when deciding how to play his hand. We are talking pre flop, of course. Then, who knows what went on inside this two monsters’ heads, who had nothing, but still put 37,000 dollars in, between the two.

The Dutch player didn’t even need a pair to win this pot, and that’s why today he makes his debut at Remembering Railbird. Well played, Lex!!!

That’s all, folks! See you next week.
