When the schedule for the first day of the 12th season of the PokerStars.es European Poker Tour Barcelona came out, the addition of the €25K High Roller stood out; an event that would only last one day. However, the tournament´s remarkable turnout made complying with the schedule  impossible.

Due to local regulations, the Casino Barcelona must close its doors at five in the morning; leaving Team PokerStars Pro Liv Boeree , German Martin Finger  and Brit Mark Teltscher  to reschedule their duel as Boeree is planning to battle it out on Day 2 of the Main Event this Wednesday.

Latinos, on the other hand, continue to represent showing real day- to- day growth in the continent after Farid Jattin  finished number thirteen in the competition taking a €63,300 prize. The Argentine team is still going strong and, on this occasion, Team PokerStars Pro Leo Fernandez  and Iván Luca , who tied for the 23rd place, were in the center of attention.
