The Global Poker League Summer Series presented an interesting match between Faraz Jaka and Randy Lew . Everybody thought this would be one of the closes matches of the series but Jaka proved them wrong by defeating Lew by a 3-0 score.

The Hong Kong Stars lost the oppotunity to climb to the second spot of the EuroAsia Conference, spot they share with the London Royals while the Rush shortens the distance with the New York Rounders .
