We are within days of the start of the greatest poker festival in Latin America that will bring together the LAPT Grand Final and the BSOP Millions. Players from Argentina and Colombia had great results in the Side Events but in the Main Event things were very different. After four days of fighting, ten of the initial 2,749 players survived and moved into the final table of one of the world’s largest living events.

The Sheraton WTC at Sao Paulo saw nine Brazilians and a Chilean fight for the R$1,300,000 prize. Sebastian Ruiz Flag of Chile was the only non-brazilian player that could ruin a verdeamarelo party that had Luiz Duarte y Ednei Carrilho Flag of Brasil as leaders. Team PokerStars Pro Chris Moneymaker Flag of Estados Unidos was eliminated in 21st place as the last non-latin player.
